Mrs. George Ireland
"I leave this week for Beatrice [Nebraska] to visit my sister, Mrs. Frank Zinn, then she will go with me up to Winnipeg [Manitoba] to visit my mother and my sister, Mrs. R. Billings...." Mrs. George Ireland, Texas 29 May 1916
Mr. Eedy
Dear Friend
Until further notice will you kindly send me The Journal to Beatrice, Nebraska, 1508 Bell St. East. I leave this week for Beatrice to visit my sister, Mrs. Frank Zinn, then she will go with me up to Winnipeg [Manitoba] to visit my mother and my sister, Mrs. R. Billings. We will spend the summer vacation in Winnipeg.
Howard (our son) had the misfortune to break his arm a week ago. We had an xray picture made and it is doing nicely. Texas has lacked rain this spring. Guess Ontario could spare some. However a good rain two weeks ago has made a bright prospect for good crops.
Yours respectfully Mrs. Geo. Ireland Victoria, Texas May 29th, 1916
